IUS Fundamentals

The foundation module of SGA's reference curriculum on intestinal ultrasound (IUS) for inflammatory bowel disease. Covers the evidence base for point-of-care bowel ultrasound, equipment and probe selection, standardized scanning technique, normal bowel wall anatomy and the five-layer gut signature, measurement and reporting standards, and Doppler/contrast-enhanced ultrasound fundamentals — the prerequisites for every subsequent module in this track.
