IBD Subspecialty Fellowship Preparatory Program
A 6-Session Competency-Based Restructured Curriculum
About the Program
The SGA IBD Fellowship has been restructured from a 13-module monthly format into 6 thematically-grouped sessions, while expanding coverage of Saudi microbiome research, high-risk-at-diagnosis stratification, emerging therapies (anti-TL1A, IL-23p19, S1P next-generation, oral α4β7, microbiome 2.0), multidisciplinary team frameworks, IBD Centre of Excellence accreditation, national / regional registries (OASIS-IBD, SAUDI-IBD, Gulf IBD, EPI-IBD), and real-world evidence methodology. All original content is preserved and re-grouped; new content has been added in each session.
